MADE TO ORDER PIECES
All made-to-order items are produced specifically for each client. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error caused during production.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, supported by clear photos.
Customized or altered items are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Requests submitted outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.
READY TO WEAR (RTW) COLLECTION
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
