Our collections include a mix of custom-made garments and non-custom, ready collections, allowing customers to choose what best suits their needs and timeline.

Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is:

• Custom-made (produced specifically according to your measurements and preferences), or

• Pre-defined / non-custom (offered in set sizes or lengths), or

• Ready-to-wear (immediately available and not customizable, ONLY available in ready to wear collection)

Please review the product description carefully before placing your order, as availability and customization options vary by item.

2. WHAT IS MY SIZE?

To ensure the best fit, we offer multiple sizing options depending on the garment type.

A. Custom-Made Items (Measurement Input)

For selected garments, customers are required to enter their personal measurements in inches. (PLEASE NOTE measurements input are for garments measurements and NOT body measurements)
These fields allow you to specify your preferred fit and proportions.

Measurement fields include:

• Bust

• Hips

• Shoulders

• Garment length

• Sleeve length

These garments are made according to the measurements you provide, allowing for a personalized and precise fit.

B. Adjustable Size Selection (XS–XXL with Custom Length)

Some garments are offered in standard size ranges (XS–XXL) for customers who may NOT know their exact measurements.

For these items:

• You select a size based on our Size Guide

• You enter only your preferred garment length in the designated field

Please note:

• These size ranges are designed to run slightly more relaxed in the bust, hips, and shoulders

• This allows for comfort and ease of movement

• Garment length is always customized based on the length you provide

This option is ideal for customers who prefer guided sizing with minimal measurement input.

C. Ready-to-Wear Items

We also offer a Ready-to-Wear collection for customers seeking immediate availability.

Ready-to-wear garments:

• Are fully finished and non-customizable

• Come in fixed sizes and fixed lengths

• Are available for faster processing and delivery

Each ready-to-wear item includes its exact size and length details on the product page. Customers should select directly from the available options.

3. COMPOSURE AND CARE

Our garments are crafted using high-quality, premium fabrics, selected for durability, comfort, and timeless wear.

Fabric compositions may include:

• 100% Linen

• 100% Wool

• Linen blends

• Wool blends

While blended fabrics are designed for enhanced performance and longevity, they are still considered premium materials and require proper care.

Each product includes specific care instructions based on its fabric composition. We strongly recommend following these instructions to maintain the quality, structure, and appearance of your garment over time.

4. ITEM WARRANTY AND QUALITY CONTROL 

All items undergo careful quality control before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or if a defect becomes apparent after initial use, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.

Normal wear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
