Refund policy
Because each piece is made-to-order with custom measurements, returns and exchanges are limited.

Non-Returnable Items
• Customized and made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Exceptions
• Refunds/exchanges are only accepted if the product has a proven manufacturing defect.
• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photos for verification. -
Refund Approval
• If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. -
Order Cancellation
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment only.
• After this time, cancellations are not accepted as production begins immediately.
